- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just returned from an emergency appointment. Brief ten minute wait in a very attractive waiting room. Pleasant staff, Dr Brooks was very nice and took care of the foreign object in my eye, gave me some free drops to take home. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you can, STAY AWAY from this place. I experienced improper billing practice. As a non-insured person, i made sure the cost of my visit prior to check-in at the desk. After few months, I start getting surprise bills. You primary care optometrist may recommend you to go to their place because they are getting referral kick-backs but as a patient you can always ask for other available options. Their clients waiting area is wonderful and relaxing, nice decors and artwork but somehow you'll be paying for that luxury service. Remember....
